Renisha O'Donnell, M.Ed.


Founder | Leadership & Workplace Sustainability Consultant


With nearly 20 years of experience in education, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement, Renisha O’Donnell understands both the rewards and the demands of mission-driven work.

Her experience as a leader, educator, facilitator, and consultant has shaped her belief that meaningful work should be supported by workplaces that recognize and sustain the people doing it.

Through WorkLife Renaissance™, Renisha brings together organizational insight, leadership development, and a human-centered approach to help organizations strengthen how they lead, work together, and serve their communities.
